We love food!

Especially freshly made food. Nothing pre-made, nothing store bought. We get our produce fresh daily, we buy our fish right from the fishermen in the marina.

Our new menu is primarily based off of the fresh seafood that is plentiful in Los Cabos and a bright, colourful style that reflects the vibrance of Cabo San Lucas.

Of course there are also red meat, chicken and vegetarian options that we personally love!

As always, everything is included in your charter rate. Even with the new menu and all these delicious options we didn’t want to introduce any additional pricing or add-ons.

New: Multiple Selections

Our previous menu was a “select one option for all” style, where you would pick one menu selection for the entire charter. The meals were also geared towards a more sit-down style meal.

We’ve thrown that overboard. Now we’re going to serve it throughout the charter in a more tapas style.

Now charters of three hours pick two options and we’ll make enough of both options for everyone to enjoy. Charters of four to five hours can select three choices while six hours or more can choose four.

All charters also come with a fresh fruit platter, pico de gallo salsa and chips.

I am certain that not only is this the best menu on any yacht in Cabo San Lucas, you get to make the most of it now with multiple selections per charter.

We love food, and we think this new menu and serving style will be another important piece to making sure your charter with us is filled with happy memories and wonderful flavours of Mexico.

Fresh Dorado Bites with Ajillo Sauce

Dry guajillo peppers, garlic, white onions, butter, lime juice with salt and pepper.

All our fish is fresh caught, so this may be substituted for another seasonal white fish like snapper or mackerel.

Seared Tuna with a Miso Glaze

Fresh caught tuna, seared with salt and pepper, topped with a miso glaze. Simple and fresh.

Mexican Style Shrimp Ceviche

Fresh shrimp, cooked in lime juice with cilantro, diced tomatoes and white onion.

Peruvian Style Fish Ceviche

Fresh white fish (depending on season, tilapia, dorado or snapper) cooked in lime with red onion, cherry tomatoes, radish, salt, pepper and topped with cilantro.

Mexican Style Sashimi

Fresh tuna, finely sliced in a house marinade with red onions, cucumber and avocado.

Steak Tacos

Marinated butcher’s steak on flour tortillas with a fresh made garlic and avocado sauce, red onions, cilantro and red cabbage.

Shrimp Tacos with Mango Salsa

Shrimp on corn tortillas with avocado, mangoes, tomato, red onion, cilantro

Vegetarian Tacos – Gluten free

Pineapple, bella mushrooms, smoked paprika potatoes, tomato, cilantro and white onion in corn tortillas.

Chicken or Beef Fajitas

Marinated and seasoned chicken or beef with a fajita medley of veggies, served family style with tortillas and sauces.

Chicken and Cheese or Cheese Quesadillas

A simple classic. Cheese or chicken with cheese quesadillas made aboard with a trio of sauces including sour cream, salsa verde and salsa roja. These are always a favourite.
